QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY
THE MANAGEMENT OF HOJALMAR S.A. HAS ESTABLISHED, FOR ITS ACTIVITIES OF “DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, STORAGE AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF PUFF PASTRY BISCUITS,” THE FOLLOWING FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY POLICY
- Comply with customer, legal, regulatory, and applicable food safety requirements necessary to ensure the quality and safety of the products manufactured at the facility.
- Implement, evaluate, and maintain the prerequisites based on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) of the Food Safety Management System to ensure the development and implementation of the HACCP System and the improvement of its effectiveness.
- Promote and maintain sufficient, effective, and timely internal and external communication with interested parties.
- Train, raise awareness, and motivate staff to sustain their commitment to continuous improvement, promoting teamwork and fostering the organization’s values to ensure the development of a culture of quality and food safety.
- Each member must respect this policy and take part in the responsibilities to ensure its compliance.
THE MANAGEMENT OF HOJALMAR S.A. IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THE NECESSARY RESOURCES FOR THE COMMUNICATION OF THIS POLICY, ITS IMPLEMENTATION, SUITABILITY TO THE PURPOSE AND CONTEXT OF THE ORGANIZATION, AND ITS COMPLIANCE.
