QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY
THE MANAGEMENT OF HOJALMAR S.A. HAS ESTABLISHED THE FOLLOWING QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY FOR ITS ACTIVITIES OF “DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF PUFF PASTRY BISCUITS”:
- Comply with customer, legal, regulatory, and applicable food safety requirements necessary to ensure the quality and safety of the products and/or activities.
- Promote and maintain sufficient, effective, and timely internal and external communication throughout the entire food chain.
- Train, raise awareness, and motivate staff to achieve THEIR COMPETENT AND ONGOING COMMITMENT, promoting teamwork and fostering a culture of FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY, as well as the organization's commitment to creating value.
- Comply with SGIA requirements to ensure its validity and continuous improvement, establishing and periodically evaluating compliance with the PREREQUISITES NECESSARY TO GUARANTEE BPM COMPLIANCE.
- Each team member must respect this policy and be aware of its importance within the food safety management system.
